TEAM PORTRAIT PROGRAM
One team. One standard.
A documented portrait standard built from your brand guidelines, your current team photographed to it, and every new hire kept on it. On site across the DC metro area or in our Woodbridge studio.
TEAMS GROW.
DIRECTORIES
DRIFT.
A headshot day covers the people in the room. Six months later, new hires arrive with phone photos, a different photographer and a different backdrop, and your website starts to look like five companies.
The Team Portrait Program fixes that at the source: one look, written down and maintained, so a portrait made three years from now matches the set on your leadership page today.
How the program works
01 Set the standard
We start from your brand guidelines and archetype, then photograph your current team to establish the look.
02 Document it
Light, backdrop, framing, retouching and delivery are written into your Portrait Standard, a page that lives with your brand guidelines.
03 Keep it
New hires are photographed to the standard on a set schedule, on site or in studio, and checked against your reference set before delivery.
What the program includes
A written Portrait Standard built from your brand guidelines
A founding session for your current team, on site or in studio
Recurring new-hire sessions under an annual agreement
Retouching and color matched to your reference set
Web and directory crops, named to your file convention
Usage terms identical for every portrait
The fourth part of your brand guidelines. You already have standards for your logo, color and type. The Portrait Standard does the same for your people. See exactly what you receive: Download the sample Portrait Standard (PDF)
Brand Library, optional. Environmental portraits, team-at-work and workspace images for your website, recruiting and LinkedIn, made to the same standard.
Built for organizations across Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland that hire steadily: law and consulting firms, associations, agencies, federal contractors and healthcare groups. Start a project and tell us about your team.
